HI, I’M KELLY.

I’m married to my wonderful husband Phil and together we have three busy boys; Cooper, Beckett and Finn and we live in Windsor, Ontario. I’ve spent the past 12 years in Pediatric nursing in a variety of roles and really enjoy connecting with children and their families as part of my everyday work.

In the summer of 2014, my husband and I welcomed our first son into our family. Armed with my knowledge of newborns and the strict schedules we keep them on in the hospital environment, I was confident we would have our newborn on a schedule in no time. Imagine my surprise when there was no routine, naps were non-existent and overnight sleep came in one to two hour blocks for months. In the winter of 2015, after reading several books and trying a variety of sleep sacks marketed at increasing sleep all with no success, we decided we needed help and called Michelle. Michelle was incredibly patient, developed a plan that would work for our family, and was able to get our non-sleeper to sleep 12-hours overnight on the third night of his sleep plan and we haven’t looked back since.

Our family has been blessed to work with Michelle with our last two children as newborns. Michelle helped us guide the boys into positive sleep habits from an early age, and gifted us with sleep much earlier than we had had with our first child. It was with these positive interactions we had working with Michelle, along with the passion I have for working with children and their families that sparked my interest in becoming a certified sleep consultant and working with Michelle and the team at Bliss. It is my goal to help your families achieve the successful sleep my family enjoys.

I am happy to offer sleep consultations in-person to families in the Windsor-Essex area as well as virtual consultations with families throughout Ontario and world wide!
