It's that time again!  The clocks are changing! Nov 5th the clocks change!

I'll be honest, it's not my favourite time of the year.  There's nothing I hate more than sleep disturbances and I feel it's so unfair to parents and children who have worked so hard to get into a great sleep rhythm.  Not to mention that car accident increase during a clock change and that shows how we adults even struggle with this change.  But, since I'm not in control of things like that, I'll use this opportunity to share with you my recommended steps to ease the challenges around this change.  Good luck!
